Conduct
Engaging in targeted abuse or harassment on the Sites and/or Communication areas will not be tolerated, and any such behaviour, comments, actions or other will remain the sole liability of the poster.

 

The following abusive behaviours violate these Terms and may result in Club Penguin Reworked taking action against the individuals responsible. Club Penguin Reworked reserves the right to modify this list at any time, in its sole discretion.

 

1. Being defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, towards another person whether they hold an account on the game or not.
2. Spreading bigoted, hateful, violent, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive communications on the game.
3. Participating in a conspiracy to commit any criminal activity.

Club Penguin Reworked seeks to remind users that except for where stated explicitly in terms of copyright or other licensing, the contents of the site are the sole property of Club Penguin Reworked, and as such, may not be copied, distributed, displayed, altered, modified, reproduced, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, including but not limited to, photocopy, electronic, printed, or otherwise without the prior, written permission of Club Penguin Reworked.

 

 

Indemnify
